PUERTO RICO REAL ESTATE COURSE

This course is designed to prepare the student for the Real Estate Broker bar examination and licensing process. It is a 90 hour course, that includes all the mandatory topics in which candidates will be tested in the bar examination The completion of this course is one requirement to obtain the Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License. The course is completely online and it is the student's responsibility to complete all the assignments and lectures. A score of 80% is required to pass this course and you need to pass this course in order to take the Examining Board's bar exam.

Teaching and learning strategies
Readings of laws, regulations and case studies are used. Educational videos are presented with examples,
presentations, short tests, partial exams of open-ended questions, and a final test of multiple choice.
Synchronous and asynchronous sections and an online synchronous review are performed.
Assessment and evaluation strategies
Assessment and evaluation strategies are used to track the progress of the student's execution
around the objectives of the course and to evaluate the learning outcomes.
